our story
Quilt Companion might be a brand that you are not familiar with, but we are backed by many years of experience in this industry. Quilt Companion is a division of Butler Robotics. Butler Robotics took all the experience and the information they have learned over the past 18 years, in the long arm industry and used it to develop a robot for the domestic/home sewing machines.
We developed a robot with you in mind. We have taken the feedback, concerns, and desires from the customers we have talked to over the years and made something we truly believe customers will love. This robot is unlike any other, it is made to fit many budgets, and very customizable- from the color of the robot, screen size to the features included in the software.
The Quilt Companion robot is made and assembled here in the USA, with no plans on changing that.
Our staff is full of talent. We enjoy having an in-house software and mechanical engineering department that can fix pretty much anything with their many years of experience with us. A CEO who has been with us for 9 years and brings many prior years of business and manufacturing experience with him.
We have an educator that people just love! She took a sewing class when she was 5 and then later got her degree in costume design. She is very knowledgeable and a great teacher.
Our Sales team has the unique perspective of both sales and technical support. Our sales team has been through the technical support training to be as helpful as possible. We believe that by having technical support in their background they are better able to answer the questions our customers may have.
Our technical support team is amazing. They will talk you through questions or concerns you may have. They can talk on the phone with you, video chat with you and send pictures back and forth with you. We try our best to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to technical support.
